The Crooked Jack site is dedicated to all those who want information about the band, and to our many fans of all ages, spread all over the world through the wonders of CD distribution and our foreign jaunts, and especially to the kids, who never cease to amaze us with their enthusiasm, their laughter and their loyalty.

Crooked Jack can probably claim to be Scotland's busiest band. The reason for that is that they excel in several different formats and are therefore always in great demand. They have entertained audiences from the whole spectrum - the great and the good of the land to classes of nursery children, from wedding celebrations to football parks and from street festivals to folk clubs.
   
They have travelled too - Berlin, Thailand, Bahrain, New Zealand and Australia. The rest of the world beckons. Since 1992, they have been one of the top shows on the holiday park circuit, with six seasons at all the Parkdean Holidays Scottish sites and regular appearances at Butlins in Ayr, where their innovative "Children's show for adults" followed by their "Adults show for children" have delighted audiences. They have also played in Theatres, Folk Clubs and Festivals, Schools, Community Festivals, Corporate Events, Pubs, Shopping Malls, Streets and successfully presented their own show at the Edinburgh Festival.
